Why an adventure?

Not another away day.

A corporate adventure challenge combines cycling, hiking, watersports and more with a goal your whole team works towards together, often raising money for a cause you care about.

Unlike a standard away day, these events push people outside their comfort zone together. That’s where real team resilience is built, and it’s why colleagues are still talking about it months later. Read more about events and staff morale and the benefits for your business.

Nobody gets to the top alone.

Your team will have a range of abilities, and that’s the point. Everyone sets off together, everyone finishes together, and the encouragement along the way is what people remember.

What would challenge your team?

Let’s talk

Your team. Your challenge. Your cause.

How it works

From first idea to memories that last.

Every adventure starts with a conversation. Here’s how we take it from an idea to a day your team never forgets.

The memories
  1. Step 01The idea

    It starts with an idea

A team that needs bringing together, a charity close to your heart, a milestone worth marking. Tell us what you’d like to achieve and we’ll listen.

    One call or email
  2. Step 02The plan

    We design your adventure

A bespoke concept built around your team, your dates and your budget. Cycling, hiking, paddling or all three, in the UK or Europe.

  3. Step 03The detail

    We sweat the small stuff

Route recce, risk assessments, event insurance, joining instructions and kit lists, so everyone arrives ready and nobody has to worry.

  4. Step 04The day

    We deliver it

Briefings, experienced leaders, first aid cover and support vehicles. You turn up and take part; we run everything else.

    Safety first, always
  5. Step 05The experience

    Everyone has an amazing time

Fast or steady, everyone is part of it. Colleagues encourage each other, go further than they thought they could and finish together.

  6. Step 06The legacy

    Memories that last forever

The summit photo on the office wall, the stories retold for years and the money raised for a cause you care about.
