From a local one-day ride to mountain passes and multi-day routes, fully supported with a mechanic. Corporate cycling →
Bespoke, fully supported adventure challenges for team building, wellbeing and charity fundraising. Cycle mountain passes, hike to summits, finish on the water. We plan it, run it and look after everyone from start to finish.
A corporate adventure challenge combines cycling, hiking, watersports and more with a goal your whole team works towards together, often raising money for a cause you care about.
Unlike a standard away day, these events push people outside their comfort zone together. That’s where real team resilience is built, and it’s why colleagues are still talking about it months later. Read more about events and staff morale and the benefits for your business.
Your team will have a range of abilities, and that’s the point. Everyone sets off together, everyone finishes together, and the encouragement along the way is what people remember.

Here’s the challenge we built for 37 people from Group Metropolitan in 2026. Yours can be bigger, smaller or completely different.

A 100km road ride through the Lake District, including Honister Pass, one of the steepest and most demanding climbs in England.
The team then hiked to the summit of Scafell Pike, the highest peak in England.
The roof of EnglandRolling Lake District roads and another 1,150m of climbing on legs that had already done plenty the day before.
A further 15km hike rounded off the on-foot challenge, before boots and bikes were swapped for paddles.
A rafting session on Derwent Water, beneath the peaks they’d spent two days climbing. A fitting, slightly more relaxed finish.

You bring the team; we handle the rest. Every event is bespoke, but these are the building blocks we work with.
Watching everyone push their physical limits while staying focused on why we were doing it, for children like Lily, was incredibly powerful. The hills were steep, but the cause pulled us through.

37 people, two days: 168km on the bike, 30km on foot including Scafell Pike, then rafting on Derwent Water.
